The Federal Court has ruled in favour of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) against Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd in respect of an additional assessment amounting to RM50.92m, which is now due and payable. The company had received the notice of additional assessment in 2011 in respect of YA 2006.

Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd has informed that it would immediately commence its appeal before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax.
