With effect from 1 November 2016, all applications for import duty exemption that involve PC1, PC Services, PC2, PC2A, PC2-1, SPM1 and SPM2 need to be submitted online via jpc.online.mida.gov.my. Prior to the online submission, the applicant would need to obtain a Digital Certificate.

The Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) will no longer accept physical copies of the application forms which are submitted through courier, by hand or by email.
